Billing cadence
Provider subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled.
Refunds
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact support@besthospice.com and we will review.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and service continues until that period ends.
