We use this information to match families with nearby hospice, palliative, or home care providers and to notify providers of new client requests.
Disclosure of information
We share client contact details and non-sensitive care preferences with matched providers so they can respond quickly. We do not sell user data.
Payments
Provider subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. Best Hospice does not store full payment card details.
No PHI
Best Hospice does not collect or store medical records, insurance IDs, Social Security numbers, or other protected health information (PHI).
Security practices
We use industry-standard safeguards, access controls, and secure transport (HTTPS) to protect data. Access to provider dashboards is protected by authentication.
