Best Hospice and Home Health is a technology platform that connects families to licensed providers. This page outlines subscription plans and billing terms for providers who want access to the Best Hospice and Home Health marketplace.
What providers are paying for
Subscriptions pay for platform access, marketing exposure, and inbound leads. Payments are not for medical services or patient care.
Important: Best Hospice and Home Health is not a healthcare provider, does not provide medical care, and does not bill insurance. Subscriptions are for platform access and marketing services only.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
What a Partner subscription includes
Every Partner subscription includes the same three things.
- Listing — your agency appears in the Best Hospice and Home Health directory across the service area you set, by radius, by specific ZIP codes, or both. You control your own coverage from your dashboard.
- Analytics — reporting on your own Best Hospice referral activity: the families matched to your agency, the referrals we sent you, and the statuses your team records for each one. Plus local market data drawn from public Medicare datasets: how many Medicare-certified hospices serve your area, how their published quality measures compare with state and national averages, and the ownership makeup of your market.
- Support — Abel, our AI assistant, answers questions about your own numbers and your local market from inside your dashboard.
We do not charge per referral, and we take no commission on any admission. Subscriptions are a flat monthly fee regardless of how many referrals you receive.
Subscription plans & pricing
There is one Partner subscription at $250 a month. Every Partner is notified of a new referral at the same time and appears in local results in the same order — there is no paid placement and no higher tier to buy. Enterprise pricing covers multi-location agencies bringing 5 or 10 locations online at a discount.
